Job Description

  • Source potential candidates from various online channels.
  • Write compelling recruiting emails to attract passive talent.
  • Screen resumes and manage job applications.
  • Prepare job descriptions and handle job postings.
  • Conduct interviews (phone, video, in-person).
  • Oversee HR operations, including policy updates and employee management.
  • Develop training programs and performance management systems.
  • Record and maintain candidate and employee data.
  • Onboard new employees and provide training to current staff.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or any Certificate in HR or related field.
