- Write compelling recruiting emails to attract passive talent.
- Screen resumes and manage job applications.
- Prepare job descriptions and handle job postings.
- Conduct interviews (phone, video, in-person).
- Oversee HR operations, including policy updates and employee management.
- Develop training programs and performance management systems.
- Record and maintain candidate and employee data.
- Onboard new employees and provide training to current staff.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or any Certificate in HR or related field.
